- A few slices yellow onion

- Tbs of Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Block of Aged Provolone
- 1 Can White Beans
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- Chili Oil (optional)

White Bean Dip
R and I had plans to grab drinks but I was hungry and wanted something to snack on in case we got caught up and never ate dinner. This was a quick and easy dip, similar to a spinach dip but without all the fat.
